We got introduced to "Things to consider" a few lessons ago and now we have to think about what three points we want to include in our music video. In today's lesson, we talked about Enigma , which basically means that a lot of questions are open. For example David Guetta feat. Sia "Titanium": What happened at school? Where were his parents? and so on. Or, in other words: the whole music video is a mystery. Many unanswered questions, and maybe even do not make sense to some, but also leave a big space for the viewer's imagination. Example: The next thing to consider, that I want or need to include, is lighting. Lighting is going to be the main key to settling the mood for the music video and keeping the vocal point in focus. Lighting helps a lot to concentrate on the main part of a clip or scene and, like I said before, it can change the emotions throughout the scenes. Three videos and why I like them I researched the Artist "The Killers" and watched a few music videos from the past. For this task I am going to chose three videos that I like and state why they caught my interest. The Killers - Human The reason why I like the music video for "Human" so much, is because they never left the colour scheme they went for. It was all gold, yellow-ish with black and white. Furthermore, I like the idea of putting short films about different animals in the video. It gives of a brave vibe. The Killers - Smile like you mean it Another music video that I really like.
